Blood Orange Mojito
1 1/2 ounces spiced rum
12 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup blood orange juice
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
1 cup ice
Place the mint leaves and blood orange juice in a glass and, using a muddle stick (or the handle of a wooden spoon), push down so that you’re crushing the leaves.
Take the shaker and add the ice, the muddled mint and juice, the agave nectar, and the rum.
Close up your shaker and shake for at least 10 seconds.
Pour into a glass.
Top with a splash of club soda.
