Green Grape Cocktail

Serves 2

1 cup seedless green grapes

1/4 cup mint sprigs (you can add the stems as well)

3 tablespoons honey

2 oz vodka

splash of triple sec

sparkling water

Use an immersion blender to blend the honey, mint and grapes in a bowl.  Make sure your bowl has high sides otherwise you will be wearing the grapes.

Pour the grape mixture into a through a strainer.  You should have about 3/4 cup juice.

Add a splash of triple sec and the vodka.  Stir to combine.

Pour the grape mixture into 2 different glasses over ice.

Top with sparkling water.

Serve.

While this drink doesn’t look like much, I tried to make it look as pretty as possible.  The mint and grapes have subtle flavors that work well together and are very refreshing.
