This is a simple cocktail with fresh ingredients. Everything but the prosecco came from the Encinitas farmer’s market or my backyard!
1 slice of lemon
1 tablespoon Honey Lavender Simple Syrup
Add a slice of lemon and tablespoon of syrup to a champagne glass.
Fill the glass with prosecco.
Gently stir to combine and muddle the lemon a little bit.
