This whipped cream is so good I could just eat it right out of the bowl. If you are more civilized you can make a quick dessert by spooning it over raspberries with a little but of chocolate shavings. This would also be great in coffee or over ice cream.
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
2 tablespoons brown sugar (or to taste)
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Use a handheld mixer to combine until the cream for about 3 minutes on high or until the whipped cream has become thick and has stiff peaks.
