We always have bananas that are about to go bad. I could freeze them for banana bread but you can only eat so much banana bread so I’ve been making smoothies. This is actually my boyfriend’s recipe. The coconut milk is so thick and creamy that just a little of it with the guava and grapefruit juice make this smooth not just sweet.
1/2 cup Guava Juice
1/4 cup fresh squeezed Grapefruit Juice
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Ice
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve.
