I liked this print and style of dress because it was a little 1980s western.  I’m pretty sure I had a dress with this print when I was a kid.  I could have thrown on a pair of cowboy boots but that’s not my style.  I paired the dress with a few simple, modern pieces to make it my own.  The cut of the dress is so flattering.  It hits my curves in all the right places but the belt helps accentuate my waist.

Elizabeth is new to Food Fashion and Fun but no stranger to blogs as she has her own successful style blog, A Keene Sense of Style.  I’ve been following her because she couldn’t be more opposite.  Always pulled together and professional.  Most of her outfits are perfect for the office.  I tend to be a little more casual which is why I admire her so.  She’s also the nicest person I’ve ever met.

Elizabeth has a similar outlook on fashion as myself.  Mix up the high and low.  Her blazer is from Forever 21 but she pairs it with a vintage bag.  I love how she paired the printed blazer with neutrals.  It really lets the blue print stand out.  The pastels are also perfect for spring.  Two birds.  One stone.
