Pineapple Mint Prosecco Cocktail
1 part Romy’s Pineapple Mint Syrup
2 parts Prosecco
Mint, to garnish
Add the syrup and champagne to a glass.
Garnish with mint.
Serve.
I love adding fruit juice or a interesting syrup to champagne. Romy’s Pineapple Syrup gives the champagne a fruity and refreshing twist.

Apple Cider Rosemary Champagne Cocktail
1 part Apple Cider Rosemary Syrup (recipe below)
2 parts Champagne 0r Proseco
Rosemary Sprig, garnish
Add syrup and champagne to glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig. Serve.
Apple Cider Rosemary Syrup
Yields about 1 cup
3 cups Apple Cider
1 4 inch piece of fresh rosemary
1/4 cup brown sugar
Add cider, sugar and rosemary to a saucepan. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Cool.
