I liked this print and style of dress because it was a little 1980s western. I’m pretty sure I had a dress with this print when I was a kid. I could have thrown on a pair of cowboy boots but that’s not my style. I paired the dress with a few simple, modern pieces to make it my own. The cut of the dress is so flattering. It hits my curves in all the right places but the belt helps accentuate my waist.
I started my photo project 1 year and a little over 3 months ago. I started this journey when my blog and Instagram were quite new. I thought it would be a great way to connect with you and challenge myself as a photographer. It was only supposed to last a year. When I started I wasn’t sure I would make it through the first month let alone the year. Shockingly I made it and now I’m 3 months into year 2. The photos aren’t always glamorous but they’re real. It’s so much fun to see how things change from day to day and month to month. I’m actually really enjoying the challenge. Here are a few of my favorites from the last few months.
