Cranberry Mango Champagne Cocktail
Serves 1
1/2 cup Prosecco or champagne, chilled
1/4 cup mango juice, chilled
1/4 cup cranberry juice, chilled
1/2 lemon, zested
1 whole Strawberry
Pour Prosecco, and juices in measuring cup; stir.
Pour the cocktail into champagne flutes.
Sprinkle with lemon zest to serve.
Garnish with strawberry.
This drink is light, fruity and perfect for summer. I made it for Memorial Day weekend for just my boyfriend and I but this could be made in large batches. It’s definitely a great party drink.
